We do our very best to ensure our inventory is accurate and the quality of our products is excellent. If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be refunded immediately. If products are damaged upon arrival to you, you have seven days to notify us with photos and descriptions of the damage.

If we have additional inventory in stock, we will send you new products with a return label to mail the original products back to us. If we're unable to fulfill replacements, we'll send you a return label so that you can send the damaged products back to us. We will then refund you upon receiving them.

In cases when you decide you no longer want the products you've ordered, but there is no damage to them, you're welcome to mail them back to us (posted within 7 days of their arrival to you) for a full refund once they arrive in their original condition.

To ensure an excellent customer experience, we aim to have all orders packaged and shipped within 48 hours. In some circumstances, orders can and will be fulfilled almost immediately.
