These earrings are meant to represent Type 3. You can count on Type 3s to show up, look great, and come to win! They feel proudest when they are productive and accomplish a lot. In fact, Threes 3s never feel like they've reached the finish line, so they constantly find themselves striving to achieve more. They deeply desire to be (and be seen as) successful, valuable, and admirable. Threes are very uncomfortable with losing, failing, or feeling worthless, so succeeding is non-negotiable.
